We buy and sell properties throughout the City of Brotherly Love and New Jersey. We specialize in helping homeowners who are in tough situations with distressed properties to find several solutions in order to give them peace of mind.
Our team works with our trusted partners to come up with the best solutions to assist homeowners. We help with selling their properties and resolving their real estate problems. In turn, we renovate and sell the properties to retail home buyers or aspiring landlords. As part of our our goal to rejuvenate Philadelphia neighborhoods & multiple towns throughout New Jersey, we provide convenient, safe, and secure rental housing for those who choose to rent instead of purchase.

yasser "Captain" Hatab
Yasser Hatab is an experienced entrepreneur and real estate professional with almost two decades of real estate experience serving different markets across the United States. He served in different roles ranging from realtor, investor, appraiser, and construction manager. Alongside his lifetime passion for aviation as an airline pilot, Yasser focused on his shared passion for business. He attended several business schools including Baruch College & New York University. Eventually, acquiring several degrees in different faucets of business with a focus in Operations Management, Industrial/Business Psychology, Lean Six Sigma, and Managerial Accounting.
Yasser has always attributed his success in business not to his accolades but to the strong relationships he has developed over the years. In addition to his dedicated servant leadership to his customers and clients, Yasser's goal is to consistently provide the utmost care and commitment to those who depend on him for solid guidance and quality service.
Nia Fox
Nia Fox is a business woman from Philadelphia, PA. She is an entrepreneur, as well as a corporate executive with experience in the medical field, the e-commerce sector, and, of course, real estate. She earned her Bachelors degree from the College of Health and Human Development at PennState University. Her field of study is Human Development and Family Studies. Having worked in the medical field, Nia refined her "bedside manners." As a result, she carried over her skill set to the business world, including the Philadelphia real estate investment business.
Nia possesses the know-how to connect with individuals on such a deep empathetic level. She tirelessly discovers the best personalized solutions to solve the needs of those who seek her assistance. Nia is well known to be an all around "people person" with great customer relations experience. Her main goal is to connect with her clients and business partners to ensure they receive the best support and care possible.
